Wow, can’t believe the transformation! Thank you Team Fit4U! After renting out this rental property for numerous years, we decided it was time to sell this property. We had the same tenants in the property for over 10 years never once updating it. We had a budget in mind to “clean up” the place before listing it for sale. A friend recommended Clare at Fit4U.
